Rug care instructions

To ensure your carpet lasts as long as possible, please read and follow these care instructions.

To prevent the rug from getting dirty over time, it is recommended to vacuum it at least once a week.

Once a month (or as needed) you can wet clean your rug with carpet cleaners.

You can use Vanish™ Preen Gold 3-in1 Carpet Deep Cleaning Foam or similar.

When using cleaning agents, strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Wet cleaning is carried out only by hand.

When carrying out wet cleaning, make sure that the rug does not get wet through.

Do not wash rug in the washing machine. Do not use bleach.

After wet cleaning, leave the rug to dry completely in a well-ventilated area, but not in direct sunlight.

Do not dry the rug folded. Do not use an electric or gas dryer.

Dried stains can be removed with a dry or slightly damp toothbrush.

For stubborn stains, use special stain remover for acrylic carpets.

For example, OxiClean™ Carpet Stain Remover, Vanish™ Preen Gold 3-in1 Carpet Stain Removal or similar.
